​wanted I literally just one day woke up and was like no that's it my diet consisted of like I would have oatmeal with Greek yogurt for breakfast like playing cook yogurt plain plain oatmeal blueberries and that would be it I would go to the gym for an hour I would literally run for an hour I would not let myself stop whether I was not feeling good if I was tired whatever and then I would you ABS afterwards and that was like my whole work out every single day nothing ever changed I would eat you know tilapia or ground chicken and salad
